Jessica Qsar
Born and raised in San Diego, Jessica fell in love with the year round growing season of California and the bounty of seafood the Pacific coast provided.
After 10+ years in hotel and restaurant management, she couldn't ignore the call to get back in the kitchen and relocated to NYC to attend The Natural Gourmet Institute and obtain her culinary diploma.
She has lived and cooked in Spain, San Diego, NYC and Colorado before settling back down on Maui to establish the Maui Personal Chef team.
As the Chef owner of MPC, her focus is the planning and management of bookings for the staff but you can still find her cooking at special events from time to time.
